Shipping Policies

We currently offer three shipping methods via UPS or USPS:

1. Ground Standard: Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 24-48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

2. Express UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing and credit card verification.

3. Next day Air: Arrives next business day if placed by 2PM PST.

Priority shipment processing times: Next-Day and Express orders are given top priority.
For priority shipments: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day

Lady O will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, you will be presented with two shipping options during checkout. Select the shipping method and price that best meets your needs. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided include all duties, taxes and brokerage fees so that there are no additional shipping fees upon delivery. Since shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: We offered international shipping via DHL or USPS

1. Global Mail

  • Delivery usually within 7-14 business days. Could take up to 20 business days.
  • Pre-paid customs and duties
  • Package is traceable
  • Local carriers will do the final delivery
  • Cost based on size, weight, etc.

2. Express

  • Delivery in 3-5 business days
  • Pre-paid customs and duties
  • Package is traceable

Important Notes:

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in one to two business days.
  • Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary by country and will be determined during checkout.
  • International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A pre-order item will be noted with its available promise date on the product page.
  • Please note due to shipping regulations, not all items available on the site can be shipped internationally.
  • At this time, gift packaging is unavailable for international shipments.

DUTIES & TAXES

You will receive a price quote for shipping fees including duties and taxes during checkout. The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.

In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

ITEMIZED FEES IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order. Shipping costs may include the following charges:

  • Freight – Transportation costs incurred by the Carrier
  • Insurance – Accounts for insuring the package
  • Duties – The amount charged by the country for an individual item
  • Taxes – The Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
  • Brokerage – The amount charged by the Broker to clear customs
  • Disbursement – The amount the Carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
  • Other Fee(s) – The transaction fee and any additional costs that may incur (i.e. rural area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

Return Policies

POLICIES

  • Merchandise can be returned in the condition it was received for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise can be exchanged in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Please make sure you receive the Return Authorization Code prior to the return or exchange. To get the authorization code and return instruction, please email: info@shopladyo.com
  • Lady O accepts returns of unworn merchandise for full refund or exchange on all non-sale items purchased at www.shopladyo.com.
  • The shoes, shoe box and packaging such as tissue paper, tags and plastic bag if there is any must be returned in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase such as sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds on full-price/non-sale merchandise will be made in the original form of payment.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale merchandise.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Lady O reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • We cannot accept damaged shoes as returns. Any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • When trying on shoes

1. Please be sure to walk on a surface that will not scratch or damage the soles.

2. Please be sure that you wear hose or, if you prefer to try them on barefoot, that your feet are clean, as not to leave footprints on the footbed.

3. Please be sure the uppers are not creased or marked.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund or exchange at our expense. Lady O will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the US. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Lady O Customer Service by email at info@shopladyo.com.

LADY O GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A LADY O GIFT CARD

The standard Lady O return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Lady O Gift Card. We will issue a new Lady O Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.

If you used a credit card in addition to a Lady O Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your credit card the amount originally charged and issue a new Lady O Gift Card in the amount used on the original purchase. You will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.

LADY O ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Items purchased at boutiques or at any other stores selling Lady O merchandise cannot be returned to shopladyo.com.
