2. What sizes are available in Lady O Shoes?
Lady O Shoes are available in sizes 5-12 with half sizes. Some styles are available in size 13. Please email Lady O at firstname.lastname@example.org for special request of size 13.

Yes! We offer a variety of shipping options to most countries around the world. 7. Do I need an account to make an online purchase?
No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the "Continue Checkout" button to continue as a guest. Accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing information.

9. How do I receive web promotions or special offers?
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Cart page (found in the lower right-hand corner) and hit the "Checkout" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis. 10. How can I retrieve my password?

11. How do I clean the Lady O pressed flower shoes?
Wipe the surface with a clean or lint-free cloth to remove dirt and smudges. Be careful not to scratch the surface. When there is something hard to remove on the vinyl surface, you may wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth, and then dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth. You do not want any moisture to remain in the vinyl surface or get into the pressed flowers through the edges and seams. 12. How can I exchange a gift I received
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on shopladyo.com, you may exchange the merchandise for a Lady O gift card. Please contact Lady O Customer Service at email@example.com for further assistance.
13. Do Lady O Shoes come in different widths?
We only have one width now. We’ve gotten terrific feedback from customers with both wide and narrow feet. Give them a try and if they’re not the perfect fit, we have a great exchange and return policy. We appreciate any and all feedback of how the shoes fit you.
14. How tall are your heels?
Our heels are around 3.5” to 5”. Wedge is 4”. We also offer 1.5-2”Wedgie and flat. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your suggestion.

16. Are your shoes really comfortable?
We did many times of fitting to ensure the perfect fit for your feet.
Heels we chose are well balanced and stable, slender and look feminine.
The Nasa-developed Poron® memory foam is shock-absorbing which absorbs high-impact movement. The material "bounces" back like a Tempurpedic bed, it retains "like-new" softness and flexibility. More shock absorption means less impact to feet and joints, whereas cushioning foam deflates with the weight of your foot. A breathable layer to help feet stay dry and cool. PORON urethane materials form permeable layers that draw water vapor and perspiration away.
The wing arch support increases the maximum comfort level for your feet.
However, comfort levels and duration vary with each Lady O shoe. As with all shoe companies, all styles vary in both fit and comfort.
